Yes! Convenient on-street parking is available for Jensen Skin clients as well as a small lot located off Drummonds Lane. You can arrive, park, and head right in for your appointment.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE At Jensen Skin?

It is recommended to wait at least 2-3 weeks after receiving injections before coming in for service due to the amount of facial massage offered during treatments.

CAN I GET A FACIAL AFTER BOTOX OR FILLERS?

Clean skin is always appreciated, but don't stress if you're coming straight from work or your day. We'll cleanse your skin thoroughly before your treatment begins.

SHOULD I COME WITH A CLEAN FACE?

Keep things gentle and follow the aftercare recommendations. We'll let you know what to use, what to avoid, and when to return to your regular routine.

What Should I do After my appointment?

We recommended you come in at least two times prior to any scheduled event. This allows time for us to learn you skin, determine your needs and create a plan for you.

I HAVE A BIG EVENT. WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY FACIAL?

Yes, many services can be enjoyed during pregnancy, but some products and treatments may need to be modified. Please inform us so we can tailor your experience.

CAN I GET A FACIAL WHILE PREGNANT?

Absolutely. Facials can be customized around a variety of skin concerns, including blemishes. We'll assess your skin and choose the most appropriate approach for you.

CAN I GET A FACIAL IF MY SKIN IS BREAKING OUT?

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A FACIAL?

Let your hair grow out enough for the wax to grip, and arrive with clean, dry skin. Avoid lotions, oils, and exfoliating products on the area before your appointment.

HOW Do I PREPARE FOR A WAXING APPOINTMENT?

Waxing removes hair from the root, so results typically last longer than shaving. How long you stay smooth will vary based on your individual hair growth cycle.

Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments with notice will incur a minimum of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Appointments cancelled after the 24-hour notice period will result in a $30 cancellation fee.

Late cancellation or no shows are like a martini with no olives - disappointing and a little rude. A fee will applu, not because we're salty (okay, maybe a little), but because that appointment was reserved just for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a 24-hour notice. It's the classy thing to do - just like stirring, not shaking.
