Cancellations & No-Shows

If a cancellation fee, late cancellation fee, or no-show fee applies, the client authorizes Jensen Skin to charge the applicable fee using the payment method provided during booking, where permitted by law.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your scheduled service. To avoid affecting other appointments, Jensen Skin may need to modify or shorten a service when a client arrives late.
